APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
The following must be completed by new families* prior to registering:
- Application Form
- Non-refundable $25 application fee
- New Family Interview
- * New families are those that have never been enrolled in STAR or Torrey Academy classes or those who were not enrolled within the previous year.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
The following must be completed by all families to register:
- Registration form
- Non-refundable $100 registration fee
- Parent Consent to Policy
- Standards of Conduct
- Statement of Faith
- Student Consent to Policy
The following additional items must be completed and on file to attend class:
- Medical Release Form (one per student)
Registrations may be processed in the following ways:

- In person at the Biola Youth Registration Office
- By mail to the Biola Youth Registration Office
