Registration for BYT is NOT complete until the corresponding forms have been downloaded and submitted to BYT:

• If you are auditioning:
  you must bring these forms fully completed to your audition.
• If you are registered for the ensemble or summer camp:
  you must bring these forms fully completed to your first rehearsal or the first day of summer camp.

Star Academics Registration Forms

Registration for Star Academics is NOT complete until the parent AND student reads and electronically signs the corresponding forms. Please login to your online account and click the forms link on the left menu bar to complete this process:

Attention New Star Academics Families

The following 3 items MUST be completed by New Families* prior to registering:

1. Complete the following forms:

   1. Application Form (1 per family)
   2. Medical/Photo Release (1 per student)

2. Mail BOTH forms & the $25 application fee to:

3. You will be contacted by a Site Coordinator for your mandatory New Family Interview

*New Families are:

• You have NEVER been enrolled in Star Academics or Torrey Academy class.
• You were NOT enrolled in Spring 2008.
