Biola Youth Theatre Registration Forms

Registration for BYT is NOT complete until the corresponding forms have been downloaded and submitted to BYT:

• If you are auditioning:
  you must bring these forms fully completed to your audition.
• If you are registered for the ensemble, classes, or summer camp: you must bring these forms fully completed to your first rehearsal, class, or the first day of summer camp.

Star Academics Registration Forms

Registration for Star Academics is NOT complete until the parent AND student reads and electronically signs the corresponding forms.
