Torrey Academy Orientation
Torrey Academy’s orientation took place on August 13, 2009 to prepare students for the upcoming fall semester. Over 300 students and their parents from throughout southern California attended the orientation to meet their new tutors, be introduced to the various components and requirements of their classes, and be reminded of the philosophy and core values of Torrey Academy. Foundations students also had the opportunity to listen to a lecture by James Harrington entitled, “A Brief Political History of the World.”
