Parents

Parent help is necessary for our productions. Each family is asked to help with:

• Two Saturday workdays to help with sets, costumes, or ensemble: (3/15, 4/5, 4/19, 5/3)
• Load In day: (5/24 – 6/2 Specific dates & times tba)
• Strike: (6/21, 6/22)
• Three Shows: (6/11 – 6/14 & 6/18 – 6/21)

Should a parent not be able to volunteer in the above capacity, a $200 non-participation fee (per family) is added to their account and must be paid by March 14. If paid after this date, the fee increases to $250. The non-participation fee option is not available if this is your first show with BYT.

There is a parent meeting for all families involved in Annie Get Your Gun on Monday, February 18, at 7:00pm–8:00pm in Sutherland Auditorium on the Biola University campus.

Additional parent meetings are on 4/5 & 5/17.
